Christmas Recap

Christmas is a busy holiday with the Williams/Feely clan. We started the Christmas celebration watching the Christmas Ship Festival at Matthew's beach with all my cousins. This is all five of my cousins: Nicholas, Gabrielle, Tyler, Ryan and Kyle.

Daddy's family has a tradition of letting the family with the youngest kids host Christmas breakfast. After 20 years of breakfast at Auntie Laura's house, this year the Williams ate breakfast at our house. Here's Nana wishing me a Merry Christmas.
After breakfast, we headed over to Grama Feely's house for dinner and a THIRD round of gifts. Thanks to all my friends and relative, I will be clean, happy, and entertained all of 2009 with my fun new toys and my supply of BumGenius diapers. Thanks to all!

Monkey Love

If you are an avid reader of the blog, you may remember the pink monkey that I mentioned in my message from last Thursday. We had another engaging chat today. If you listen closely, you can also hear my thirsty puppy in the background.

Hittin' the Trail

Today we woke up to several more inches of snow, so we headed out on the Burke Gilman Trail to Matthew's Beach to check out the beautiful scenery.

Snow Day

Daddy did a little telecommuting from home today because of the snow. While he was working away in the office, Mommy and I had a little fun of our own.

First we took a quick walk outside to check out the snow. Then I had a conversation with my newest friend, the pink monkey.
Next I spent a little quality time with Oscar. I'm still not convinced that he likes me as much as mom and dad.

Oscar seemed to enjoy the snow, too. Or maybe Mommy forgot to feed him again because she was too busy playing with me.

Ugly Christmas Outfit Party

I've learned you are never too young to be embarrassed by your parents. Mommy and daddy took me to a ugly Christmas outfit party on Saturday night. You'll notice the look of disgust and fear on my face.

Ho, Ho, Ho

I'm not sure who this guy is, but I love his warm fuzzy coat and that mesmerizing white fluff on this face.

Christmas Preparation

I am off to my first visit to Santa wearing my classic red dress. I spit up on it about 10 seconds after this photo. Daddy called me the "beautiful mess in a vintage dress."
Speaking of new . . . Thanks for the pretty Christmas hat Grandma Sharon!

Coo Coo for You

Today I got to play with my good friend, Andi. As you can see, the three weeks seniority she has on me is too much and I'm all tuckered out. Andi is full of smiles and mommy says I have much to learn from her about sleeping through the night.Later, when I got home, I had a nice conversation with mom. For those of you who are new to the blogging world, click on the triangle-shaped 'play' button below.

It's beginning to look a lot like Advent

I decided to pick the Christmas tree out with my eyes closed. Once home, I assisted Mommy and Daddy with decorating. I love to stare at all the Christmas tree lights.

Audrey Smiles! (-:

Crying is more my style, but sometimes a smile is the only way to stop mommy and daddy from holding the Sony CyberShot in front of my face ad infinitum. So I give a little grin. Plus I am pretty happy about the new stocking cap mommy made me in celebration of turning six weeks old - so I gave up a couple of grins for the first fitting of the new hat.

My New Friends

This is my good friend Samuel and his mommy Emily. Sam tired me out with his endless smiles and coo-ing. I've been practicing his skills and yesterday I woke up mommy by coo-ing at her. She was sure excited about it!

OK - I don't look very happy here, but I was over-stimulated by the joy of meeting my new friends Briar and Dag. Briar was born just a few weeks before me.

I'm a little worried about daddy seeing this one, but here's my first kiss from a boy! Thanks, Jack! Talk about going for younger women - I'm one tenth his age!

10 Nov - One Month Old!

I celebrated my one month birthday today by going to the doctor's office for a weigh in. Mom and Dad can hardly believe I am already 9lbs 2oz. I am gaining more than an ounce a day! What can I say, I love to eat.

2 week photos

Grama got me my first fancy dress and had some great photos of me to document my two week cuteness.

Here's what mom and dad do whenever they are around me.

I'm thinking about becoming a dancer.

Dad thinks I'm contemplating the Glorious Mysteries here, but really I'm just wondering why I look like an amputee.

A-U-D-R-E-Y spells CUTE!

By the end of the shoot, I was one tired baby .

Family Fall Walks

Mommy and daddy have taken advantage of the great fall weather to take me and my favorite dog Oscar on lots of walks around the neighborhood. We've walked to Matthew's Beach Park, Meadowbrook Pond and strolled along the Burke-Gillman Trail. I learned that Oscar dislikes my dog-attacking stroller even more than me.

Matthew 11:28-30

Dad's teaching me the Gospel life already, "Come to me all who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest, for my yoke is easy and my burden light." Looks like daddy taught the dog this lesson too. Mommy couldn't be in the photo, she was doing dishes, laundry and making daddy dinner!

Who do I look like?

Everybody says I look just like dad, but I'll let you decide for yourself. I certainly have his big feet and sweet cleft chin.

here's mom's hospital picture
And here's a baby picture of dad.
