Water & Sand

Here are some videos of a couple of my favorite new things . . . sand and water.

One is playing at my awesome sand table in the backyard, thanks mommy.

The other is from my recent outing to Whidbey Island to go clamming with Aunt Patti, Uncle Shane and cousins Tyler, Ryan and Kyle.

Epic Sleep

Daddy took this picture on our recent camping trip to Lake Wenatchee. You can barely see my head at the top of daddy's watch.

Those of you who know my sleeping schedule are probably saying "big deal" it is 9:45am and Audrey B is taking her morning nap. Guess again! I slept in until 10am this morning for a total night time sleep of 13 hours. I usually get up a little before 7am.

And then just to show off I took a 2.5 hour nap that afternoon. The other couples there with small children think I am too easy, especially since my friend Jack got up a 5am and didn't nap all day. I'll just let them think that I do this all the time.

You're Welcome Mommy and Daddy!!

Memorial Day Weekend on Vancouver Island

We spent five great days on Vancouver Island at my 2nd cousin Theresa and her husband Tom's home in Parksville. It was so much fun. Nana, Papa, Aunt Laura (Lala or Doe-Doe or sometimes I just call her Babie), and cousin Gabrielle (Babie) all came along. The rest of the family left Monday, but Theresa was so kind, she let mommy, daddy and me continue to use the home for two more nights. Good times.

They couldn't keep me cooped up in here too long.

Let go mommy, I want to splash in that river.

The first on many mud tromping adventures.

So many big trees. Here I am running through one with cousin Babie.

Psst, mommy it is not raining anymore.
Hello from Nanaimo Harbor.

Checking out the contents of 2nd cousin Theresa's fridge.

We found 100s of little crabs. Mommy was worried I'd get pinched.

Mussels. Yummy, let's cook up some moules mariniere au bleu de gux!

I found lots of crabs, mussels, and even an eel but my favorite part of beach combing on Campbell River was the sea planes.
Taking some rocks to dad. I loved beach combing.

Crossing the bridge on our hike.

We just hiked the Englishman River Falls. BTW, yes, I am always this happy in my car seat.

Thanks Cousin Theresa (aka T.T.) for letting us stay at your lovely home.
